How to prepare for the IELTS exam Speaking Part 2

Finally some advice on how to do the IELTS exam Speaking Part 2.  This is where you have 1 minute to prepare yourself for a topic, and then you speak for 2 minutes without any interruptions from the examiner.  If you want to do well in this section of course you need to practice, practice, practice.  But what does that mean?
